TRAINING

Why is it necessary to train your dog ?

Nowadays, most people live under severe stress and a terrible hurry. Unfortunately, dogs are more and more often affected by this and begin to have behavioral problems . It is worth using a Behaviorist's help if you notice such odd behaviour in your pooch.

We are into Dog Training's from 2010, we have Trained different breeds of dogs with many positive methods in the presence of Owner with many satisfactory results.

We use reward-based, positive reinforcement methods for puppy and dog training! We offer in-home private training, I am passionate about building a positive bond between an owner and his / her dog, and I want both to have fun doing it! I have channelled a life-long love and dedication for animals, and I am proud to take that passion and share it with a community of people who value the importance of positive, reward-based training. I will work with you and your dog to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our training.

My promise to my clients is that I will always use science-based methods that have been proven to work. I will never use positive punishment on dogs. I do not use shock collars, e-collars, leash corrections, or any sort of physical punishment. I use strictly positive reinforcement using not just treats, but toys and real-life rewards as well. I am always available to my clients via email, text, or phone call so working with me means you get 24-hour access to your trainer!

SOCIALIZATION

Socialisation is the process of exposing a young dog to as many environments of the world as possible, including people and animals. There is a thin line, however, as the dog might easily become overwhelmed. A dog that is over stimulated might become fearful, withdraw from the situation, or avoid certain behaviour. Ideally, socialisation will reach all of the senses of a young dog, which will help them to grow up being unafraid of sounds, sights and smells. In other words, this desensitises the dog and allows it to develop a high level of comfort, when encountering new situations or environments.

Unsocialised dogs are not likely to cope well with any change in their situation or environment, which can make it difficult for them to get medical care, grooming, or to have visitors in their homes. On top of this, if a dog isn’t properly socialised, he or she can develop a permanent fear of situations and a generalised anxiety. In7serious cases, this can make a dog unsuitable for human companionship

GROOMING

Grooming is not just about maintaining your dog’s level of cleanliness, and it is not just about keeping your dog good-looking. Grooming is about maintaining both your dog’s physical health as well as its appearance.

Also Grooming allows you to check your dog for any abnormalities. This includes skin problems such as ticks, fleas and dry patches, or issues with their nails, teeth, ears, and eyes such as infection or inflammation. When found at an early stage, these problems can be treated right away, before they have a chance to become more serious.

Brushing, is beneficial for all kinds of dogs no matter what breed they are, helping to remove dead hair, dirt, and dandruff. Regular brushing also helps to bring out the natural oils in the dog’s fur. As you brush, the natural oils are spread all over your puppy’s fur giving the coat a healthy sheen.

Grooming helps keep your dog happy and healthy, gives you and your dog a time that is set aside just for the two of you, and helps you to save on veterinary bills. So don’t delay, start grooming your puppy early.

We Treat Your Pup Like Family

We pride ourselves on the fact that each dog has a minimum of five walks per day. A lot of one-on-one time is spent with your pup, and you can always feel secure knowing your dog is in a safe and welcoming environment. With an open-concept kennel, all dogs are able to see one another, but there is no physical contact – ensuring that your furry friend will never be bitten by another dog. Each pen measures 5' x 8' both indoors and outdoors. We have two family-sized kennels, which are double the standard size. On days where the weather permits, the doors are safely opened, which allows the dogs to come in and go outside as they please.

Once we determine the issues you were facing with your pet, we’re able to design a special training plan for both pet and parent. All sessions are guaranteed & I’m usually capable of accomplishing what you need in just one small introduction session.
